What If It Doesn’t Work ?
If you want to reach a goal and you are willing to do what it takes, you will reach that goal. If you expect Hypnosis to be a magic wand and make your problems go away without any effort or commitment, then it is not likely you will achieve that goal.The Hypnotherapist will take care of the sub-conscious mind; you must take care of the conscious mind.
So if for example you are a smoker and you think you should stop smoking because it's bad for you. Hypnotherapy will likely be a waste of time.
If you are a smoker who wants to stop smoking because you dislike smoking, or whatever your reason for wanting to stop, then Hypnotherapy will make it seem almost effortless.
Whatever your reason, you must actually want to change. The "want" is the conscious; the habit, or fear is sub-conscious. This is where Hypnotherapy will work and does work very effectively.
