Get Slim With Hypnosis
So you have some extra weight you would like to shift? Perhaps you have recently put on a few pounds, or maybe you have struggled with weight for longer. You're probably someone who has tried every diet, or you might be one who doesn't diet and doesn't exercise. You might even be someone with a healthy diet and a platinum gym membership! So why are you not happy with your weight?
The difference between someone who is over weight and someone who is the right weight for their body is a simple mathematical equation. See the simple example below:
Joe Soap consumes 100 Calories and burns 50 Calories. This leaves 50 Calories inside Joe Soap. The 50 Calories left, are stored away.
Is it really this simple? Yes it is. But we have learned to complicate this. The people and the companies offering you the next popular diet are fooling us all and have added to these complications for years; all in the name of profit! Have you ever heard of a diet pill that you stop taking after a certain amount of time? There are no prescriptions, or time scales provided for these “Miracle Pills”. How about a celebrity sticking to the one “unbeatable weight loss formula”? This simply does not happen in real life. Year on year, we see the same old recycled celebrities swearing that their weight loss was due to the diet they conveniently receive money for endorsing. So let’s get down to it!
Diets are designed to fail.
Why? Because you spend your money on dietary supplements, or buy into the brand of the latest diet, following celebrities and fitness giants who have miraculously lost weight on the diet, before switching to the next money making diet.
Eventually our sub-conscious takes over to feed your body what it has been missing, or what it has been trained to crave. This is especially true for diets, which cut out a major nutritional factor like carbohydrates. Your body will kick into survival mode and will over-ride your conscious efforts by giving you cravings and excuses to eat the missing food type. When this happens, you will almost always gain more weight than you had lost on the diet in the first place, bringing you back to square one and putting you into line for the next diet.
So what's the answer?
I'm not going to come out and say hypnosis is the answer, because on its own, this would not be completely effective. The true answer is to be as active as your diet. It is a good idea to eat healthy foods and to exercise everyday, but that's not the key to weight loss. Many people exercise a great deal every day, but their food intake is still high and weight gain follows. The key to weight loss is to follow the example of the original sum above. Burn the calories you consume.
How will I do this?
Well, that would take a few more sums if you're going to count calories. There is a better way; listen to your body. Your body has a natural built in calorie reader, which tells you everything you need to know about your food consumption. It is surprisingly accurate, but you have to tune into the right station to hear what you're being told. This is where hypnosis comes in. While in trance, your mind is fine tuned and the result is a natural weight loss, which will stay off!
Is that it?
Well yes and no! This method will bring your weight to where it is supposed to be, but you can help yourself along. The whole method is what I like to call F.A.T
Food
Food choice will help your body to easily shed excess weight. Eating an Apple tends to be a better choice than a chocolate bar. Your body is most likely craving sugar when you think about sweets and chocolates. Don't stop eating what you desire, but change it around when you know you can easily have something healthier.
Attitude
Your attitude is what will ultimately determine the difference between success and failure. Attitude is what was discussed above. If you want to shift excess weight and you have the right attitude and determination, the road to success will be an easy and rewarding one.
Training
Exercise your body and Train your mind. The more you exercise, the more calories and fat you will burn. If you train your mind to listen to your body, you will not over-eat and you can avoid making the wrong food choices. This must be a realistic change. Promising yourself a 2 hour trip to the gym everyday will likely lead to failure. It is more realistic to take a 20 minute walk 4 to 5 times per week. This gives you days off, costs nothing and can easily be built into your weekly routine, so it is far more likely to last and succeed.
Using the FAT technique will help you shift that weight more quickly. Ready for the Golden Rule? Here it is:
NEVER FORBID ANY FOOD FROM YOUR DIET WITHOUT GOOD REASON.
Forbidden foods are given power by simply removing them from your options list. Forbid a food and it will always be on your mind.
