When booking an appointment at Modern Hypnosis, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below

Bookings:

For all bookings, security of funds will be required before any appointment will be confirmed. A minimum deposit of €25 may be paid at time of booking by laser/credit card. The client may choose to pay the full fee on the day, in which case, a laser, or credit card number in the name of the client, or with the permission of the card holder, must be supplied to the clinic. No bookings will be made without security, as bookings are by appointment only and all bookings must be secured.

Changes to appointments:

If any change is to be made to an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given, so as to give time to fill the vacant appointment. Failure to contact the clinic outside of the minimum notice period will result in the forfeit of the deposit paid, or will result in a minimum charge of €25 being applied. The return of a deposit can only be made if the client wishes to cancel an appointment outside of the minimum notice period. Failure to contact the clinic within 8 hours of an appointment time, to cancel may result in a cancellation fee of no less than €65. Failure to make contact at all may result in the full fee being charged for that appointment (A No Show). In this event, any promotional rates may be removed, to accommodate the full fee being charged. It is at the discretion of the clinic to credit the client for a therapy session under exceptional circumstances, but the terms and conditions will apply to any credit time given.

How to make Changes:

The client must contact the therapist by phone to make any changes known. It is recommended that the mobile number of the therapist be used for short notice periods (inside the minimum notice period) and a voice mail left, with full client and appointment details if the therapist cannot be reached. It is also recommended that an email be sent to info@ModernHypnosis.ie to avoid any potential dispute of cancellation receipt. That email should be stored on the “sent items” folder until all business has ceased with the clinic.

Client Responsibility:

The client must arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to an appointment time unless otherwise agreed by the therapist. Client must follow all reasonable advice given by the therapist to promote best results. Efficacy dependant on client interaction and openness to change. Client must be open and honest with therapist to achieve results. The client must respect the therapist and afford courtesy as it is given.

Therapist Responsibility:

The therapist undertakes to treat all clients with respect and dignity at all times. The therapist will treat any client who can safely be treated at the clinic and may refuse to treat clients who are mentally unstable, or are under the influence of substances, prescribed, or not prescribed, which may hinder the therapy, or put either party at risk of injury.


NB:  A booking should not be made by any person who does not agree with the above terms and conditions.
